Welcome to The Aspect

Spacious open living with air-con, wood fire & smart tv. Master bedroom with en-suite, two additional bedrooms & a family bathroom complete the accommodation upstairs.


Internal stairs to the lower level sitting room with 2nd smart tv & fully equipped laundry with washer & dryer.


Front gated deck has some ocean view & is well equipped with a gas bbq & outdoor dining furniture. Off-street driveway parking space for 2+ vehicles.

Neighbourhood

Situated on Salmon Street a residential street located on the beach side of Tuross Head, Coastal Tails is a pet friendly coastal escape. 



This coastal town of Tuross Head, situated within its own residential neighborhood, offers the perfect blend of natural beauty and leisure activities for a delightful getaway.

Important Information

Security Deposit

A refundable guest security deposit of $300 is required, held through a pre-authorization on your card. It is placed 12 hours before arrival and released within 48 hours of departure, unless needed to cover damages.



Pets

A pet may be permitted by prior approval only, and terms and conditions apply. Prior to making a booking, please inform us if you plan to bring a pet. 


A fee of $55 applies (per animal), and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for extended periods (i.e., more than 15 minutes) to prevent distress in a new environment and potential disturbance to neighbors due to extended howling or barking. 


Please bring all necessary supplies for your pet, including bedding, food, water bowls, and toys. Pets are not permitted on furnishings or in the bedroom areas.



Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms

Upon booking confirmation, you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. Please complete this form within 24 hours of booking acceptance to avoid cancellation. This form includes reading and accepting the terms and conditions and providing valid photo ID. Feel free to contact us with any queries before booking.



Guest Numbers

The number of guests must not exceed the booking's stated occupancy. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 8 people, including adults and children. 


Large Group Bookings and Parties

We do not accept large group bookings, parties, or events without prior written approval. Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. Smoking is not allowed inside the property.



What to bring

• Personal Toiletries (Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Razor, etc.)

• Beach Towels

• Pet Supplies (if bringing a pet) - Bed, Food, Bowls, Toys, Leash, Waste Bags, etc.


Please Note:

We provide bed linens, pillows, and blankets.

There will be a starter supply of essential items such as toilet paper, handwash, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, salt, pepper, cooking oil, paper towels, cling wrap, and foil.

The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cups, plates, utensils, pots, and pans.


• Booking Fee: There is a booking fee of $55. This fee is non-refundable in the event of guest cancelation. 


• Minimum 7-Night Stay (Peak Season)

Cancelation Policy

Standard Season:


  • Cancellations made prior to 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
  • The booking fee is non-refundable.

Peak Season:


  • For peak season bookings, including 15th December to 31st of January, cancellations must be made at least 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
  • Peak season bookings canceled less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable, unless the booking is successfully rebooked.
  • The booking fee is non-refundable.

Rebooking:


If a canceled booking is rebooked for the same dates, the guest may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to the property owner's discretion.


Please note that this policy is subject to change, and guests are encouraged to review the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking for the most up-to-date information. We recommend that guests consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes in their travel plans.

Bringing a pet

Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you plan on bringing a pet. A fee of $55 is applicable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. - please read the below. 


Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. 


You must bring all supplies for your pet. Bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc.  Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedroom areas. 


Terms & Conditions of Pets at Holiday Accommodation


(a) Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing onto the Property or the surrounding grounds any pet or animal without the prior written consent of the Host. In the event that the Host consents to the Guest bringing a pet or animal onto the Property, the Guest is fully responsible for any pets or animals which the Guest brings onto the Property, and will cooperate with the Host in taking any reasonable steps to minimise the risk of harm, loss or damage that the pet or animal may cause to the Property or to the Host.

 

(b) Any damage caused by the animal must be reported to the Host (and may be charged back to you). This includes damage to screens, paint work, carpets, furniture, gardens etc. Additional time that is spent cleaning up after pets will be charged to you accordingly.

 

(c) Pets must not be left unattended at the Premises & must be taken with you when going out.


(d) Certain Premises may have different rules regarding pets. (eg, inside / outside only). It is the guests responsibility to check for any special ‘pet rules’ located within the property marketing. (e) Pets are not permitted on any furnishings and are not allowed in bedrooms.

 

(f) You must clean up after your pet. Guests are required to remove all traces of an animal being at the property. This includes (but is not restricted to) any fur/hair (except on floors), food, stains, smells or faeces. You agree that any breakages / damages, extra cleaning or dog odour left at the holiday premises during your stay must be paid for and may be deducted from your security deposit/bond.

 

(g) You are responsible for supplying your pets bedding, food bowls, toys, etc.

 

(h) The host can not accept responsibility for the security of pets within the property perimeter regarding the integrity or suitability of fencing & gates.

 

(i) You agree to treat your dog/s for fleas and ticks prior to your stay at the holiday premises and ensure that your dog’s vaccinations are current.

 

(j) You will not allow dogs on the holiday premises that are vicious and/or that are excessive barkers and/or that are 'dangerous dogs' as defined in section 5 of the Companion Animals Act 1998.New Paragraph
