The Aspect at Tuross Head is an exceptional coastal home proudly hosted by Lyne Gatty Real Estate, offering direct access to both the golf course and the beach.
This spacious property features open-plan living areas with abundant natural light, showcasing beautiful lake and ocean views through large windows. The modern kitchen is well-equipped, and there are four bedrooms, including a master suite.
Guests can enjoy a covered deck with a BBQ, a garage with table tennis, and easy access to Coila Beach. A pet is allowed with prior notice. The property accommodates up to 10 guests in four bedrooms.

Welcome to The Aspect
Its spacious, sunlit interiors offer unobstructed views of the ocean and lake, creating a serene atmosphere. The covered rear deck adjoining the spacious living area is equipped with outdoor furnishings and a gas BBQ, beckoning for leisurely outdoor gatherings.
Inside, the living area features space for family gatherings with additional lounges in the television area. If desired, the smart tv is available to stream content using your own log in credentials. A generously sized built-in work area and a cozy reading nook are both handy.
The heart of this home is its well-appointed kitchen, boasting quality electric appliances, a roomy double-door fridge with a water dispenser, a convenient walk-in pantry, and a spacious island bench with seating. Cleanup is a breeze with the full-sized dishwasher, making it a delightful space for both cooking enthusiasts and those who simply enjoy gathering around the island for a meal or conversation.
Newly renovated, the family bathroom boasts a full-sized shower, bathtub, and a separate toilet. The ensuite bathroom, also recently completed, offers a step-free glass-screened shower and toilet.
The ground floor, accessible from the exterior, houses a fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as an additional toilet for added convenience.
The property has ducted (ceiling vents) heating & cooling throughout to ensure year-round comfort. For entertainment, a fold-up table tennis setup awaits in the garage, easily accessible from within the house.

Neighbourhood
Situated on Allenby Road, a residential street lined with Tuross Head's iconic Norfolk Pines, originally planted by Hector McWilliam, The Aspect provides a coastal escape. As you meander down the road, flanked by these majestic trees, you'll be greeted by the soothing sounds of the oceanfront.
Tuross Blvd, located at the end of Allenby Road, offers a fantastic sealed cycle and walkway, extending from Coila Beach to One Tree Beach, passing by charming village shops and beyond.
While The Aspect has the golf course just over the back fence, it is only a short walk from The Country Club, a hub for meals, golf, bowls, entertainment, and more.
This coastal town of Tuross Head, situated within its own residential neighborhood, offers the perfect blend of natural beauty and leisure activities for a delightful getaway.
Important Information
Security Deposit
A refundable guest security deposit of $500 is required, held through a pre-authorization on your card. It is placed 12 hours before arrival and released within 48 hours of departure, unless needed to cover damages.
Pets
A pet may be permitted by prior approval only, and terms and conditions apply. Prior to making a booking, please inform us if you plan to bring a pet.
A fee of $55 applies (per animal), and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for extended periods (i.e., more than 15 minutes) to prevent distress in a new environment and potential disturbance to neighbors due to extended howling or barking.
Please bring all necessary supplies for your pet, including bedding, food, water bowls, and toys. Pets are not permitted on furnishings or in the bedroom areas.
Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms
Upon booking confirmation, you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. Please complete this form within 24 hours of booking acceptance to avoid cancellation. This form includes reading and accepting the terms and conditions and providing valid photo ID. Feel free to contact us with any queries before booking.
Guest Numbers
The number of guests must not exceed the booking's stated occupancy. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 10 people, including adults and children. Additional fees may apply for more than 6 guests.
Large Group Bookings and Parties
We do not accept large group bookings, parties, or events without prior written approval. Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
What to bring

Please Note:
We provide bed linens, pillows, and blankets.
There will be a starter supply of essential items such as toilet paper, handwash, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner, salt, pepper, cooking oil, paper towels, cling wrap, and foil.
The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cups, plates, utensils, pots, and pans.

If a canceled booking is rebooked for the same dates, the guest may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to the property owner's discretion.

Bringing a pet
Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you plan on bringing a pet. A fee of $55 is applicable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. - please read the below.

Terms & Conditions of Pets at Holiday Accommodation
(a) Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing onto the Property or the surrounding grounds any pet or animal without the prior written consent of the Host. In the event that the Host consents to the Guest bringing a pet or animal onto the Property, the Guest is fully responsible for any pets or animals which the Guest brings onto the Property, and will cooperate with the Host in taking any reasonable steps to minimise the risk of harm, loss or damage that the pet or animal may cause to the Property or to the Host.
(b) Any damage caused by the animal must be reported to the Host (and may be charged back to you). This includes damage to screens, paint work, carpets, furniture, gardens etc. Additional time that is spent cleaning up after pets will be charged to you accordingly.
(c) Pets must not be left unattended at the Premises & must be taken with you when going out.
(d) Certain Premises may have different rules regarding pets. (eg, inside / outside only). It is the guests responsibility to check for any special ‘pet rules’ located within the property marketing. (e) Pets are not permitted on any furnishings and are not allowed in bedrooms.
(f) You must clean up after your pet. Guests are required to remove all traces of an animal being at the property. This includes (but is not restricted to) any fur/hair (except on floors), food, stains, smells or faeces. You agree that any breakages / damages, extra cleaning or dog odour left at the holiday premises during your stay must be paid for and may be deducted from your security deposit/bond.
(g) You are responsible for supplying your pets bedding, food bowls, toys, etc.
(h) The host can not accept responsibility for the security of pets within the property perimeter regarding the integrity or suitability of fencing & gates.
(i) You agree to treat your dog/s for fleas and ticks prior to your stay at the holiday premises and ensure that your dog’s vaccinations are current.
(j) You will not allow dogs on the holiday premises that are vicious and/or that are excessive barkers and/or that are 'dangerous dogs' as defined in section 5 of the Companion Animals Act 1998.New Paragraph
